Adult Studies
Adult Studies Chapel
Bethel emphasizes the importance of the integration of faith and learning. The spiritual life of our students is of primary importance. For that reason we encourage each adult student to participate in our Adult Chapel. The adult chapel experience includes dynamic music and testimonies from faculty, staff and students. It is a time for reflection and spiritual enrichment for all who attend.
Adult College Chapel is led by a spiritual task form team consisting of Bethel College adult students. This ministry team plans and organizes the chapel program which will meet six times during a semester from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Attendance is not required but is strongly encouraged. To model faith and learning, our professors are asked to personally attend chapel and delay the start of their classes until 6:30 so that our adult students can participate in the chapel experience.

Prayer
Another focus of the ministry team is prayer. Adult students who have personal prayer needs are invited to share these needs with the ministry team who is committed to uplifting them in prayer. These prayer needs are kept confidential as we seek to support students who are dealing with a variety of life challenges.
Traditional Chapel
Traditional Chapel is open to all Bethel faculty, students and staff. Chapel time is 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening. Adult students are encouraged to attend this rewarding experience if at all possible. However, it is not mandatory as it is with traditional students. Chapel is a highlight of the Bethel experience, so we trust that all of our students will choose to participate.
