Tuition for the Bethel MBA is $340 per credit hour. The 36-hour degree is a total of $12,240. Many companies have programs to pay or help pay for tuition. Ask your human resource department for details. Low interest loans are also available to help finance your degree. The investment in an advanced degree can enhance your lifetime earning potential.
Books are purchased through the Bethel Bookstore at an average of $100 per course. Additional fees for parking and graduation are assessed.
- Financial Aid
Financial aid for MBA students is limited to the Federal Stafford Loan Program. Two types of low interest Federal Stafford loans are offered to students enrolled at least half time (six semester hours). These loans have a variable interest rate, which is adjusted July 1 of each year. The rates are capped at 8.25% There may be a guarantee fee and an origination fee charged by the lender and deducted from the loan funds prior to disbursement. These fees typically amount to 3%-4% of the total amount borrowed.
- Subsidized Stafford - Interest and principal payments begin six months after you cease to carry at least six semester hours of credit. Loan amounts are up to $8,500 per year.
- Unsubsidized Stafford - Unlike the subsidized loan, interest is charged while you are enrolled. You have the option of paying the interest or capitalization. Check with your lender for details. Loan amounts are up to $10,000 per year.
Both loan programs are made available by completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Financial Aid). The Bethel College Financial Aid Office is available to answer any questions regarding the Stafford Program.
- Payment Plan
- The college has a monthly installment plan available through Tuition Management Systems. There is no finance charge associated with this plan, however, an annual application fee is required. The payment plan is available through the college's business office.
