How and when to apply for financial aid

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to March 1st for best financial aid consideration. You may file on-line at
  • Bethel College school code is 001787
  • New students must apply for admission
  • You may complete this application on-line by logging on to the student web. Once you are logged on click on Financial Services then click on BC Financial Aid Application. Or print out the Bethel College Financial Aid Application, complete it and then return it to the Office of Student Financial Services.

  • Benefits for part-time students(0.5 to 8 hours):
    • Federal Pell grant – based on financial need
    • Indiana part-time grant – based on financial need

  • Veterans benefits:
    • Available to students who qualify. Eligibility is determined by the Veteran’s Administration.
