Consider your future with an Organizational Management degree from Bethel College. This 36 credit program offers courses meeting once a week in four–hour sessions with seminar style instruction. Faculty and business leaders provide expertise and offer a dynamic exchange of ideas. Students are challenged in preparation for successful careers in business or graduate school. Students have an opportunity to develop their potential and gain the necessary communication skills to obtain a competitive advantage.
The core curriculum is designed to give students knowledge in those areas where managers spend a major portion of their time within the company. Students receive academic credit for studying group and organizational behavior, systems management, accounting for manager, statistical methods and research, managerial finance, biblical perspectives for managers, managerial economics, human resources administration, principles of management and supervision, and business ethics.
You will learn from experienced faculty who will help you pursue a new career or advance your current one. It also serves as an excellent stepping stone towards earning a Master of Business Administration from Bethel College.
Students may also receive credit for prior learning experience.
You are eligible to participate in the Organizational Management degree completion program if you have at least 62 transferable academic credits and time for one evening session per week for 16 months.
