Application Procedure
- Fill out the online application form or pick one up from the Semester Abroad Office (Academic building, Room 414).
- Get the "Approval Form" from Brent Reimer in the Semester Abroad Office and obtain signatures from each party on the form. Return it to the Semester Abroad Office for final approval.
- Once you are accepted, apply for your passport immediately (through U.S. Post Office). It may take about 6 weeks.
- For certain programs that require a visa you will need to fill out the visa application form and submit 2 passport-size photos.
- Check with the Semester Abroad office after you have been accepted to your program for any additional requirements or forms to fill out.

NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2007 US law will require all travelers to have a passport to travel to any country including Mexico and Canada.
