Bethel graduates have an exceptional record of success in passing the basic skills and content-area portions of the state-licensing exam at rates far exceeding the state average. Often the pass rate reaches 100 percent.
A licensing advisor helps you complete the Indiana licensure process. As a licensed graduate you may choose to apply for a license to teach in another state. More than 30 state departments of education across the country use the same licensing test as Indiana, which allows you to transfer your teaching license from one state to another without completing additional course work. Other states provide a provisional license with minimal requirements and/or additional testing.
