The purpose of the nursing programs at Bethel College is to prepare graduates in a Christian liberal arts setting to provide therapeutic nursing care. Bethel College offers an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with an additional LPN to ADN option. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) includes the traditional four year program and the RN to BSN completion. Also a Master of Science in Nursing for Nurse Educators and Nurse Administrators (MSN) is offered.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- The ADN program may be completed in two years for full-time students. Due to the intense nature of this program, some students find it helpful to take some required college courses prior to nursing courses.
- The LPN to ADN option is designed for LPN's who wish to complete their ADN.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is planned for students who are beginning the study of nursing. It consists of a four-year program, including general education and nursing courses with both didactic and clinical components.
RN - BSN Completion Program
- The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Completion Program is planned to meet the needs of the Registered nurse who desires to continue preparation in nursing at the Baccalaureate Level. Registered nurses may choose a 20 month plan in a convenient one night a week format or an accelerated 12 month option with classes two nights a week. Many of the courses are offered in a hybrid format with both in-person and online class nights.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
The MSN program is in the adult format: classes are held one night each week for five semesters and one summer session.

Bethel College is accredited by the The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association. The Bachelor of Science Program and the Associate Degree Program (ADN) are accredited by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana State Board of Nursing. All programs are accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
