Nursing
Programs
The purpose of the nursing programs at Bethel College is to prepare graduates in a Christian liberal arts setting to provide therapeutic nursing care. Bethel College offers an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a standard LPN to ADN format. There are two tracks leading to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Also a Master of Science is Nursing for Nurse Educational (MSN) is offered.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- The ADN program may be completed in two-three years for full-time students. Due to the intense nature of this program, it is necessary that some required college courses be taken prior to nursing courses.
- LPN to ADN: The LPN to ADN is designed for LPN's who wish to complete their ADN.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Track I: The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program is planned for students who are beginning the study of nursing. It consists of a four-year program, including general education and nursing courses with both didactic and clinical components.
- RN - BSN Completion Program (Track II): The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Completion Program is planned to meet the needs of the Registered nurse who desires to continue preparation in nursing at the Baccalaureate Level. The time involvement is approximately four semesters and one summer of academic course work.
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN)
The MSN program is in the adult format: classes are held one night each week for five semesters and one summer session.
