- Download and print application and instructions

- A $25 non-refundable application fee (waived if applying online)
- Official transcript or statement of good standing from your home institution
- Transcript/statement must indicate an overall average of C (2.0/4.0) or higher and eligibility to return.
Guest students who decide to enroll full-time must complete their application file by following the transfer student application process.
