Bethel College License Plate
Good news! Bethel is proud to offer a Special Group Recognition License Plate through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. 
Anyone interested in purchasing the plate must submit an application to Bethel for approval. The cost of the plate is $25 in addition to any fees assessed by the state. For complete information, download the application form.
- You must be an Indiana resident to participate in the license plate program.
- A separate authorization form is required for each plate requested. You may make copies of this form and you can also type in your information into the form and then print it off.
- The name on the authorization form must be the same as listed on the vehicle registration. Vehicles may be registered or leased in the name of one or more owners.
- Special number requests must be submitted to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) at the time of purchase.
- Most BMV locations do not keep Bethel license plates on site; you must place a mail order. Plan accordingly and renew in advance of your expiration date.
- The plate is issued as the standard vehicle registration plate for passenger cars, recreational vehicles and trucks weighing less than 11,000 pounds.
- The Indiana BMV charges a $15 administration fee in addition to your annual vehicle registration fees.
- This document must be signed by an authorized representative of Bethel College.
- License plates are available only through the Indiana BMV.
