Bible study and hall time
I feel like I really have been blessed with an awesome group of guys in my hall. We are always doing stuff together, whether it is playing basketball, games, eating at the DC, or having our Tuesday night devotions. Every Tuesday night our hall has devotions. For a while we were getting sidetracked easily, but the last couple of weeks we have actually had some good discussions. I guess it takes a little bit of bonding before people will open up.
It was cool to be able to share on a little deeper spiritual level than we normally do. It is good to know that the people that I live with and spend time with are supporting me spiritually and that I am doing the same for them.
On a more lighter note, I thought I would share something our hall normally does together. We try to eat out together once a week (our favorite place is Tasia, which is really good and cheap Chinese food). We also try to watch episodes of a show called Arrested Development together. It is a really funny show, but not very popular, so it gives us all kinds of inside jokes.
I really don’t think my college experience would be nearly as good if I didn’t have my great hall to share it with!
