New Year, New You!

Well, I’m still the same old me, but a few new years resolutions won’t hurt as I hurry into my second semester at Bethel College.  I don’t mind a challenge, and when I make up challenges, they get pretty challenging. So I’ve set a few out for myself to see if Ican hold true to them until 2013.

#1.No ketchup or ranch dressing; I did this last year, and I did so well with it that I thought I’d give it another shot. (I love both of these things so much, but there are no health benefits in either, so I’m cutting those two from my diet!)

#2. Juggle 1000 times every day; This is soccer juggling… with my feet of coarse. It takes roughly 1 minute for me to do 100 so it is only 10 minutes out of my day, and I believe it will increase my foot skills and ball control a lot. (it doesn’t have to be in a row without the ball touching the ground, but just 1000 in total)

#3. Read a book every month; This one scares me a bit seeing as I don’t read for pleasure. I’m hoping to find some literature that suits my tastes and might interest me enough to get through cover to cover. I think I might include some class readings because my schedule is pretty full of classes like philosophy which have reading requirements.

Here goes nothing!
