A weekend away
This weekend I went up with a couple different friends from Bethel to visit my brother in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He’s interning at a church up there in a pastoral position. I was actually born in Kalamazoo, so it was really cool to be able to go back again and see all the sights and sounds that were so familiar, yet at the same time so different.
We went longboarding, visited downtown, and lots of other things. It ended up being a great time with a good group of friends. I’m really grateful to God for the chance to have some time off, even if it was just one weekend.
Not much else is going on other than that. I’ve been enjoying my classes overall, and everything else is going quite well. It’s a good semester, and I’m pumped to see what else happens in it. God is good, and He has been faithful.
