My Bethel Story
My nickname is: Cor.
On campus I’m involved with: Block Mentoring, being a Shupe Older Sister/ RA roommate, Students for Life Club, the American Sign Language club, and theater productions.
I love eating: my mom’s Lasagna and my Grandma’s mashed potatoes, but not at the same time.
For fun, I love to: to dance (tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, modern/contemporary) and have been doing so since I was three-years-old.
I came to Bethel because: of their amazing Sign Language Interpreting program, but I quickly fell in love with everything about this school, especially the honest passion people have for God.
My favorite way to relax is: to grab my camera and discover the world through its lenses.
Most people don’t know this, but I: have been flying, as in piloting airplanes, since I was 13 years old.
One of my favorite Bethel traditions is: Midnight Breakfast! This late night breakfast occurs every semester on the Friday before finals, is served by the professors, and everyone dresses-up with the hope of winning a prize for the best costume!
Favorite Bible Verse: “I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.“ (Philippians 1:20)
