Bethel College School of Nursing has an opening for a Graduate Nursing Program Director. The full-time faculty position includes teaching, administrative and recruiting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellence in teaching and administering a graduate nursing program, effective communication skills, experience in developing interdisciplinary and community partnerships, and expertise in program evaluation, on-line education, and program accreditation processes. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a vibrant Christian faith. An earned doctorate from an accredited institution with a master’s degree in nursing is mandatory.
