September is here, and so are the students! The start of a new school year always brings a fresh energy to campus, and this year is no exception. Over the summer, a new 60-seat amphitheater was added to the south side of the dining commons. This $11,000 outdoor classroom space and small performance site was fully-funded by generous donations from the classes of 2012 and 1962. Check out our Facebook page for photos of the progress.
Please make note of two campus happenings that are just around the corner. The Newsboys with Building 429 and Luminate will be in concert at Bethel on Sunday, Oct. 13. Come for the concert, and bring your junior high or high school student to Bethel’s Pilot preview day on Monday, Oct. 14. The first 25 to sign up for the preview day get a complimentary ticket to the concert. The cost of tickets is $19.
We are looking forward to seeing you on campus for Alumni Weekend Oct. 26-27 as we celebrate 65 years of spirited connections at Bethel. You will soon be receiving a brochure, detailing the events of the weekend.
