Bethel College students have again traded textbooks for tools as classes were dismissed for the 16th Annual Bethel College Work Day, on Tuesday October 5th. This year, students, staff and faculty visited 62 locations in the Michiana area to clean, paint, rake, cook, at such places as Reins of Life, Habitat for Humanity, Hope Rescue Mission, and the Center for the Homeless. Serving these organizations is one way for Bethel students to show their appreciation to the community through their own service. Work Day has been a Bethel College tradition for many years; and it continues to be a favorite of the students as well as the community.
