Bethel College will offer $1,000 matching grants to students who receive a Granger Business Association Scholarship. Recipients are chosen by the GBA based on criteria such as academics, extra-curricular activities, volunteer work, and personal narratives. Ten students were awarded last year.
The grants from Bethel serve in an effort to encourage students to actively participate in leadership development activities, as well as academic and creative endeavors.
All students who apply to Bethel may be considered for other awards as well, such as renewable academic scholarships ranging from $2,500 to full-tuition. Bethel also offers a Billy Kirk Leadership award annually as well as a number of other grants to students who meet eligibility.
