Bethel College Students, Faculty & Staff Plan to Serve the Community

 Bethel College students, faculty and staff will take a break from school and work duties to serve the community on October 7, 2008. Nearly 4,000 hours of service will be donated in various places in Michiana. Those participating will meet at the Bethel College Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center Auditorium, split into several different groups and spread throughout the community to work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the following locations: American Red Cross  Beds and Britches (Family Services) Boot Lake Nature Preserve Bremen Bible Church CASIE Center Center for the Homeless College Football Hall of Fame Corvilla Inc (mentally handicapped home) Elkhart Environmental Center Faith Mission of Elkhart Ferrettie Baugo Creek First United Methodist Church Food Bank of Northern Indiana Goodwill Industries Habitat For Humanity Habitat For Humanity ReStore Harris Prairie Church of Christ Healthwin Specialized Care (Nursing Home) Hums Elementary School Institute for Artist with Disability Keller Park Missionary Church Logan Center Madison Center Milton Adult Day Service Morris Performing Arts Center Near Northwest Neighborhood Inc.
