Bethel Hosts "Summer Institute for Teachers"

Bethel will offer a three-day “Summer Institute for Teachers” on June 8 - 10. Participants can earn up to nine CRUs or three graduate credits. The cost is $100.00 per day and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
“Differentiated Discussion” on June 8 presented by Jim Bennett, director of curriculum at Wa-Nee Schools, and Dina Koble, High School English teacher/staff developer at Northwood High School.
“Diversity in the Classroom” on June 9 presented by Alma C. Powell, educational consultant.
“Response to Intervention” on June 10 presented by Ginger Miller, Ph.D, project coordinator at Blumberg Center.
Participants may choose to take one, two or all three days of the seminar. Graduate credits (EDUC505 Seminar in Education) may be purchased for an additional cost of $250.00 per credit hour.
Daily agenda is as follows:
8:00 - 8:30 a.m. – Registration and Breakfast
8:30 - 11:45 a.m. – Morning Session
11:45 - 12:30 p.m. – Lunch provided on campus
12:30 - 3:30 p.m. – Afternoon Session
