The Michiana Male Chorus will perform “Christmas Musical Memories” Saturday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. at Bethel College’s Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center.
Led by first-year Artistic Director and Bethel alumnus David Pannabecker, Ph.D. (’74), the group will perform a variety of sacred and secular Christmas songs in a four-part regular harmony. Miriam Houck and Andrew Napolitan (’07) will accompany the chorus with four-hand piano pieces.
The Michiana Male Chorus traces its roots back to the 1940s with the industrial men from Bendix and Studebaker Corporations. Currently the group travels to churches, adult residential care centers, community events and churches. This year the group is made up of nearly 50 men.
Tickets cost $12 for adults. Seniors and students are $10 and children under 12 are free. You also may purchase tickets at the door with cash or check only. For more information and group discounts, contact Andrew Betts at 574.272.4222.
