Faculty, Students and Staff Take Part in Annual Service Day

Every year, Bethel students, faculty and staff set aside an entire day to serve alongside one another in the community during a campus-wide service day. This year the event took place on in early October from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All classes before 6 p.m. were cancelled for the day so all students, faculty and staff may attend.
“Service day is a rare and exciting opportunity where the entire student body has the chance to work alongside staff and faculty as they seek to serve in whatever capacity is needed within the community,” says Janelle Crotser, the director of service learning. “This day is one of many days where our students, staff and faculty have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.”
