Bethel Hosts "Summer Institute for Teachers"

Bethel College will offer “Summer Institute for Teachers” on June 11, 12 and 13 in the Miller-Moore Academic Center, Room AC 342. Those participating in the three-day learning experience can earn up to 18 professional growth points (PGPs) or three graduate credits. Registration will be limited to the first 125 participants per session.
- “Common Core Standards” on June 11 for one credit hour, or six PGPs.
- “Universal Design for Learning” on June 12 for one credit hour, or six PGPs.
- “Creating a Culturally Responsive Classroom and Positive Behavior Supports” on June 13 for one credit hour, or six PGPs.
Daily agenda is as follows:
8-8:30 a.m. Registration and breakfast
8:30-12 p.m. Morning session
12-12:45 p.m. Lunch (included in fee)
12:45-3:30 p.m. Afternoon session
