Bethel Hosts Career and Internship Fair

The Bethel College career services office is hosting a career and internship fair on Tuesday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wiekamp Athletic Center. The fair is open to all Bethel students and alumni as well to students from Indiana Careers Consortium (INCC) schools.

Notre Dame Alumnus Thomas Crisp, Ph.D., to Speak at Bethel

Thomas Crisp, Ph.D., chair of the department of philosophy at Biola University and associate director of the Center for Christian Thought, will speak at Bethel College on the subject of “Love and Violence.” The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will be on Tuesday, March 25 at 7 p.m. in Room 342 of the Miller-Moore Academic Center.

Bethel Track Finishes 3rd and 6th at NCCAA Indoor Championships

The Bethel women earned a third place overall team finish out of 18 participating teams and the men finished sixth. Three individuals were crowned national champions in their events.

Learning Commons Implements New Loaner Art Program

Men's Basketball Earns Back-to-Back Tournament Titles

The Bethel College men's basketball team defeated their arch nemesis in Grace College to capture the 2014 Crossroads League Tournament Championship 70-65 Tuesday night. The win is the second consecutive tournament championship for the Pilots and their 18th overall Crossroads League title.

Alumnus Billy Smiley (attended ’75-’76) was on campus today to speak with students and administrators about the possibility of creating more experiences for students related to music performance, studio engineering and music business.

Bethel College and Ivy Tech Form Ground Breaking Partnership

Bethel College and Ivy Tech Community College have partnered to offer dual enrollment to students with the greatest financial need through a new program called 2CU — “Two Campuses, One Focus — You!” This innovative collaboration allows students to combine the on-campus residential experience of a four-year college with the financial benefits of a community college, saving more than $16,000 per year on tuition and living expenses.

Bethel College Launches New Applied Politics Major

Bethel College announces the creation of the applied politics major, a unique program for students who want to pursue a career in politics. The program will offer students multiple opportunities to dialog with elected officials, work in election campaigns, serve with advocacy organizations and build lifelong professional networks.
