Bethel to Break Ground on $1 Million Nursing Simulation Lab

Bethel College will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a $1 million nursing simulation lab on Thursday, Oct. 20, at 1 p.m. on the south side of the Middleton Hall of Science. A reception will follow in the School of Nursing.

Zippia, a career resource for new graduates, evaluated which colleges in Indiana offer the best opportunities for economics majors. Out of 162 schools, Bethel ranked number seven on the list, which also included Purdue University, the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University.

With the news that ITT Tech is suddenly closing all campuses, including the one in South Bend, Bethel College is stepping in to help local students complete their degree. Bethel has a more generous credit transfer policy than many other institutions and is prepared to assist displaced students so they can continue their education without disruption.
