Paying Your School Bill

The thought of paying for a college education can be overwhelming.  At Bethel we recognize the sacrifices that students and family’s make in the pursuit of a college education.  Here are a few things to keep in mind as you plan:

  1. School bills are due and payable prior to the first day of classes each semester.
  2. If needed, take advantage of financial aid opportunities.  Complete all applications and steps required in a timely manner.
  3. Bethel offers various payment plan options and counseling. See the Payment Options information below to help you make informed decisions that will fit your needs.

Payment Options

On-Line Credit Card Payments Are Now Here!

Payments can now be made to student accounts online with credit cards.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  To make a payment, log into the student web, go to Financial Services, go to Account statement, view your statement, and at the bottom of the statement is a button that says “Make a Payment”.  This goes to the payment page. Successful online payments are reflected immediately on the statement.

Payment Plan Option

If you are not able to immediately pay your account balance in full, you may wish to enroll in a payment plan arrangement.  Bethel College offers the opportunity to spread your bill over several interest-free monthly payments by enrolling with Tuition Management Systems (TMS).  Your only cost for this service is a $65 annual enrollment fee.  Everyone qualifies for this service.
