POLICY
Employment at Bethel College is at will. While the College strives to create a positive work environment and sincerely hopes that each and every employee will have an enjoyable and rewarding experience, it cannot make any guarantees about ongoing and continued employment at Bethel. Employees are free to quit at any time, for any reason, with or without notice just as Bethel College is free to terminate your employment at any time, with or without notice and/or with or without cause.
No employee of Bethel College or Bethel representative other than the College President has the authority to change the at-will employment relationship or to contract with any employee for different terms of employment. Furthermore, the at-will employment relationship may only be changed in a written contract signed by the College President and the employee. None of our personnel policies and procedures nor any College handbook or manual constitutes a contract or promise of continued employment.
