Steve Yaw - Director
As Director of the Physical Plant, Steve oversees the departments of Grounds, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Transportation. Steve is very involved in the planning and construction of new buildings and chairs the Campus Safety Committee. He is a member of the Indiana Association of Physical Plant Administrators (IAPPA), Midwest Association of Physical Plant Administrators (MAPPA) and Michigan Association of Physical Plant Administrators. Steve has been employed by Bethel since 1987.

Charlie Dixon - Assistant Director
As Assistant Director of Physical Plant, Charlie is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Department. He is able to concentrate his efforts in the area of scheduling and overseeing ongoing projects, and making estimates and arrangements for future projects. In addition, he assists the Director whenever needed, and supervises the student workers at the Physical Plant. Charlie has been a part of the Department since 2004; previously having been executive director at Habitat for Humanity.
