Graduate School Preparation Tests
Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, the world's largest test preparation organization for over 65 years, has helped BC students/grads in the past by offering FREE practice tests, FREE expert-led seminars covering grad school admissions, tests strategy, writing personal statements, etc. Remember, the practice tests are FREE and can taken either at Bethel or at the local Kaplan Center. For your information, the practice tests are Paper Only tests.
Your first course of action should be to contact the Center Director, David Phillips at 574.272.4135 or visit the Kaplan web site. David and the Career Services Office work together to accommodate where BC students wish to take their FREE tests. After the test, Kaplan will score your tests and deliver them back to the Bethel College Career Services Office or by making direct contact with each test-taker.
If you are interested in more intensive preparation, Kaplan offers many services, including intensive preparation courses for a fee. If you choose this option in lieu of or in addition to the FREE tests, David will be happy to explain the pricing detail up front. An important point to mention is that you are under NO obligation to purchase any materials or enroll in any Kaplan course if your interest is solely in the FREE services offered. You will NOT be pressured or be given a "sales pitch."
