We are located in the red brick house across the street from the Everest-Rohrer Fine Arts Center and across from the Bethel Bookstore.

Steve Simons, MD is available for appointments at his office located at 230 E. Day Road, Suite 150 (behind Panera Bread). Please call his office (574.247.5678) to schedule an appointment. If you need to reach a physician during non-business hours, please contact your RD or visit your local emergency room or urgent care clinic.
