"Bethel is a great place to be," says Randolph. "Spiritually, academically, and athletically I don't think you can find a better situation. I enjoy coming to work everyday to work with an awesome group of student-athletes. We strive to honor Christ in all we do and to be a witness for Him on the course, in the community, and in the classroom. I am looking forward to another great year for our team as we strive to improve each day to earn a spot at the National Championship."

The Pilots received the Buffalo Funds Team Character Award for women's golf presented by the NAIA in 2007 and 2008.

In basketball, Randolph works with all aspects of the program including working with the guards, recruiting, scouting, and film exchange.

“Basketball has been very good to me as a player here and now a coach," added Randolph. "I have learned so much and have been able to work with great people both staff and players. We have a chance to win three consecutive MCC Championships and I am looking forward to working with a great group of seniors who look to lead us in that directon.”

Randolph was part of the 1997 and 1998 NAIA National Championship teams as a player and the 2005 NCCAA National Runners-Up, 2007 NCCAA National Championship, and 2008 and 2009 NAIA Elite Eight teams as a coach.

Coach Randolph earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Bethel College. He and his wife Peggy, a former volleyball standout at Bethel, live in Mishawaka.
