Nobrega's Hat Trick Propels Men's Soccer Over Huntington
Game Summary
Romulo Nobrega scored three goals and led the Bethel men’s soccer team to a 3-1 victory over Huntington University on Wednesday night.
Nobrega scored 38 minutes into the game and then again in the 56th and 57th minutes to complete his hat trick. Martin Ruiz, Zach Ganzberg, and Arron Patrick each assisted one of Nobrega’s goals.
Huntington put themselves on the scoreboard in the 65th minute with a goal by George Halim, but the lone goal was not enough as Bethel improved to 11-0-1 on the season.
The Pilots will take on Taylor University on Saturday, October 10th at 4:00 pm as a part of Alumni Weekend on the campus of Bethel College.
