Men's Tennis Signs Two For 2007-2008
The Bethel College men’s tennis program has signed two athletes to their 2007-08 roster. Kevin Faupel from Bad Axe, Michigan and Tim Long from Sterling, Illinois will join the Pilots this coming August.
Kevin Faupel played number one singles for Laker High School as a junior and senior, and earned All-Conference honors both seasons. Academically, Kevin graduated as valedictorian of his class.
Tim Long played both singles and doubles in high school, earning varsity letters as a junior and senior. Tim also ran cross country and was named Academic All-Conference in both tennis and cross country.
“We are very pleased to have Kevin and Tim joining our tennis program this fall,” stated John Natali, Director of Tennis at Bethel College. “Kevin and Tim are both high quality individuals who also have a lot of potential athletically. They will definitely be great additions to our team both on and off the court.”
