Pete Morey has been the head coach at Bethel since 1998 and in his nine years of coaching the Pilots, Bethel players have received numerous All-American, All-Region and All-Conference honors as well as earning All-American Scholar Athlete recognition. In addition, the Pilots have been regular recipients of the NSCAA College Team Academic Award.

Morey has been rocognized by his peers as past NCCAA Region Coach of the Year and MCC Coach of the Year.

Prior to coaching at Bethel, Morey was the head boys' coach at Marian High School in Mishawaka. He has been active in the Michiana area soccer community for a number of years serving as an Indiana ODP State Coach and as a coach in the Jr. Irish Soccer Club. He has earned a National Diploma from the NSCAA as well as the Goalkeeping I and Goalkeeping II Diplomas.

He is currently the National Christian College Athletic Association national chair for women's soccer.

Morey received his bachelor of arts degree in Business Education from Bethel College where he played varsity soccer, tennis and golf. He received his master's degree in Business Administration also from Bethel College.

Morey previously worked as a business analyst with Dun and Bradstreet.

He lives in Mishawaka with his wife Sheri, who is also a Bethel grad, and their three children.
