Edison Named All-Conference

Bethel College junior, Carrie Edison (Plymouth, IN), was voted on Saturday afternoon to the 2009 Mid-Central College Conference Women’s Tennis All-Conference Team. The squad is selected by the league’s nine coaches and recognizes the top twelve players in the conference this season. Edison played number one singles for the Lady Pilots as well as number two doubles.
           
“Carrie is very deserving of this honor,” stated Bethel coach John Natali. “She has performed very well for us this season despite some significant injuries that have hampered her for much of the time. Carrie plays with a lot of heart and determination and has done so against some outstanding competition in the MCC. It’s great to see that the coaches in the league recognize her talents and have rewarded her with this special honor.”
