Volleyball Avenges Loss to Goshen
Game Summary
The Bethel College volleyball team improved to 14—11 on the season with the five set victory over Goshen College on Tuesday night.
The Pilots won by scores of 25—21, 21—25, 25—17, 22—25, and 15—7.
Statistical leaders for the Pilots include: Ashley Wagner with 15 kills, 11 digs and 2 aces; Callie Hartman with 11 kills and 11 digs; Sarah Carroll with 18 digs and 18 passes; Emily Henry with 9 kills and 5 blocks; Holly Graber with 15 digs and 26 passes; and Ashley Pagel with 15 digs and 33 assists.
“This was a great win for us after getting beat by Goshen in three earlier this season, it was a team effort and we finished strong,” commented head coach Julia Reininga.
Volleyball takes a break from conference play on Thursday when the host Marygrove College on Thursday starting at 5:00 pm.
