Game Summary

The Bethel College volleyball team went on the road to compete in the Calumet College Invitational on Friday and came away with two wins.

The Pilots topped Mount Mercy College in their first match of the day by scores of 24—26, 25—23, 23—25, 25—21, and 15—5. Bethel completed the sweep by beating Cardinal Stritch University later on Friday by scores of 21—25, 25—14, 25—19, and 25—21.

Leaders for the Pilots on the day include: Emily Henry with 32 kills, 12 blocks, and 2 aces; Ashley Wagner with 18 kills, 6 aces, and 8 blocks; Candice Obregon with 16 kills, 21digs, and 5 blocks; Callie Hartman with 25 kills and 35 digs; Ashley Pagel with 83 assists and 20 digs; and Holly Graber with 43 digs, 2 aces, and 46 passes.

The 17—12 Pilots will compete in two matches on Saturday at the Calumet College Invitational before returning to MCC play with a trip to Indiana Wesleyan University on Tuesday.
