Volleyball Collects Post-Season Awards

The Mid-Central College Conference announced its post-season awards on Saturday and the Bethel College Pilots led the way.
 
Seniors Stephanie Harwood and Marcia Poliquin were given two of the conference’s highest honors. While both being named first team all-conference, Harwood was named Player of the Year while Poliquin was named Libero of the Year. Harwood led the MCC with 655 kills on the season for an average of 4.6 kills per game. Poliquin averaged 5.2 digs per game for a conference leading total of 732 digs.
 
In addition to Harwood and Poliquin, junior Ashley Pagel was named MCC second team all-conference and freshmen Ashley Wagner was named honorable mention all-conference. Pagel led the Pilots with 1193 assists while Wagner led the team in aces with 53 and was second on the team in kills with 276.
