Michelle is from LaPorte IN where she attended LaPorte High School. She received 3 varsity letters in volleyball. She was also named to the Sports Fest East team her senior year. In high school she participated in Spanish Club, FCCLA and student council. Her major is elementary education. In her freshman campaign Michelle made quite an impact playing in 91 games hitting over .200 and coming up big in clutch situations. Her sophomore season she started where she left off her freshman year. Michelle played in 124 matches had 136 kills and over 100 blocks making a big impact on the front line. Last season as a junior Michelle played in 132 games with a .238 hitting %. Michelle chose Bethel because of the Christian atmosphere and the great volleyball program.
