Ashley Wagner is an All-State three-sport standout from Unity High School in Hudsonville, MI. She earned All-Conference, All-Area, All-District, All-Region and All-State honors in high school. Ashley turned down offers from NCAA Division I University of Detroit Mercy and University of Texas El Paso. "Some people say I've made a dumb decision be rejecting full rides to D1 schools, but they don't understand that it's not only about money," Ashley said. "The college also needs to be the right fit for me personally. Being able to say that I went D1 would have been sweet, but not as satisfying as saying I loved my college experience. Ashley's freshman campaign did not disappoint as she played in 155 games tallying over 300 kills. A small Christian College is a better fit for me." Ashley also excels in the classroom carrying a 3.6 GPA and being on Unity's Honor Roll every semester.

"Ashley is a very athletic young lady. She can hit anywhere and she can also play well in the back row. She is strong and versatile and that is a great combination. I am very excited to have someone with her talent this season."
