Becca Bunton is a familiar face to the Bethel College cheerleading program, having cheered for three years and having been the assistant coach her last two years while she was a student at Bethel. While a member of the cheerleading team at Bethel, Bunton was a part of the 2006 team that was pre-competition ranked 7th nationally in their division.
"I am excited to be started my second year as head coach of the cheerleading program and I couldn't have been more blessed with the team I had the opportunity to lead in my first season," Bunton said. "I am looking forward to what this next season holds, and I hope to develop the program into one that can make it back to being nationally recognized as a top program."
Bunton graduated from Bethel in May 2008 with degrees in Psychology and Sociology and now is employed by the Crossing Educational Center in the area. She lives with her husband, Ronnie, and their dog in South Bend.
