Choosing calendars & multiple locations

If you have permissions to add to more than one calendar you are now given the choice of what calendar to choose when you enter in events. In addition you may now choose multiple locations for each event.

How to choose calendars multiple locations

  1. Click on the plus sign as you normally would for new events:
    Add new event
    For an existing event click on the event as you would to edit it and click the “Change Calendar” button
    Edit Event
  2. Now you will see the heading “Calendar” and the descriptions, now choose calendar the best fits your event.
  3. If your event will be occupying more then one location you need to click the checkbox “Yes” under the question “Is this event at multiple locations?”

4. You now will have options to check several locations instead of the drop down box.
