Conference Services & Special Events
The office of conference services & special events serves and supports Bethel College and its constituents by providing appropriate venues and services for meetings, conferences and retreats. We believe the right venue, partnered with support amenities, allows those using Bethel College facilities to focus on their event and enjoy its success.
How We Can Serve You
- Consider us for either a short or extended retreat venue during the months of May, June or July.
- Consider us for seminars, planning meetings or banquets throughout the year.
- Peruse the events already planned at Bethel.

- As the annual venue for the Missionary Church International Quiz Tournament
- As your venue for district conferences
- As your venue for the 2009 General Conference
- Services provided are as follows:
- meeting rooms – large and small for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000
- A/V equipment, lighting and sound
- catering services
- housing
- free parking and convenient access.
