The Information Technology Department provides the technology infrastructure and support for the academic and administrative needs of the College. Services include maintenance of all college-owned computers, mobile devices, software, network equipment, classroom A/V, telephone equipment and computer labs. We oversee development of the public web site and My Bethel, working in conjunction with the Marketing Department. We also oversee all administrative and information systems and the campus switchboard. Support for faculty, staff and students is provided through our Help Desk.
The Help Desk is located within the Information Technology Department in the Miller-Moore Academic Center, room 009. We are responsible for providing prompt assistance to students, faculty, and staff. The Help Desk is staffed with professional and student computer technicians.

The Help Desk is open Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., during the fall and spring semesters, and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the summer (starting May 1).
