Bethel Alumni to Present "Escape to Broadway" Musical Theatre

The public is invited to enjoy an evening of free musical theatre showcasing Bethel alumni in “Escape to Broadway.” The show starts at 7 p.m. in the Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center Auditorium on Saturday, Feb. 20. It’s all part of Bethel’s “Winter Escape” alumni weekend festivities.

Shawn Holtgren, ’95, ’97; Jennie Sophia Grunseth, ’02; Jeff Cramer, ’01; and Heidi Ferris, ’01 will sing songs from shows including “Ragtime,” “Into the Woods,” “West Side Story” and the “Secret Garden.” These talented graduates have past or current experience in musical theatre — collegiate and regional. Their performance together should be sure to warm the night.
