Student Athletes Prepare for Blood Drive at Bethel

Bethel College will host a community blood drive Wednesday, April 27 from 10:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. in Goodman Gymnasium.

This is the third blood drive this academic year with varsity soccer player Jon Rogers (’12) coordinating the event with the help of assistant coordinator and softball player Danielle Reilly (’13). Both athletes are this year’s representatives for Bethel College in the Red Cross/NAIA Collegiate Leadership Program.

“I help with the blood drives because I understand that the need is great for blood and it makes me feel awesome that I am helping save lives,” says Reilly. “I love interacting with people and the blood drives are a perfect opportunity to do so.”
