McDonald's® and Bethel College Announce 7th Annual McDonald's Michiana High School All-Stars

The seventh annual McDonald's® Michiana High School All-Star Basketball Games will be held Tuesday, March 27, at Bethel College in Mishawaka, Ind. McDonald's Restaurants of Northern Indiana and Bethel College Athletics are joining together once again to bring this family event showcasing local high school boys and girls talent in the northern Indiana and southwest Michigan area.

Bethel College Theatre Department Presents “A Fiddler on the Roof”

The Bethel College Theatre Department presents its annual spring musical, Fiddler on the Roof, book by Joseph Stein, music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, March 22, 23* & 24 at 7:30 p.m., with a matinee March 24 at 1 p.m. Performances will take place in the Everest-Rohrer Auditorium on Bethel’s campus. *This performance interpreted for the d/Deaf community.

Pilots Achieve Record Finish at NAIA Indoor Track National Championships

The Bethel College Pilots men's and women's track teams finished the indoor season with a program record six All-Americans at the NAIA Indoor National Championships. They also scored two individual national championships and a program-best finish of 5th place for the men's team, with 27 points.

Bethel College Hosts Eating Disorder Workshop for Mental Health Professionals

The Bethel College Counseling Service is hosting a workshop for mental health professionals titled, “Understanding Eating Disorders: Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment.” It will be on Friday, March 16 from 8-10 a.m. in the President’s Dining Room in the Dining Commons on Bethel’s campus.

Bethel Junior Awarded Prestigious Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas Scholarship

Bethel College junior Rebecca Rickaby received a Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas (SILV) Award for her work displayed at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) – Region 3, in Indianapolis in January. Rickaby was one of just five students at the festival to receive a regional award, which includes a one-week scholarship to SILV.

Bethel to Participate in Collegiate Day of Prayer

Thursday, Feb. 22 is the annual Collegiate Day of Prayer in the United States, a day on which corporate, organized prayer has taken place for almost 200 years. In honor of the day, the Bethel community will gather together in prayer and ask God for revival at Bethel and on campuses across the nation. Several events are planned throughout the day to help all students, faculty and staff participate in this important day together.

Men's Track & Fireld Claims NCCAA National Team Championship

The Bethel College Pilots men's track and field team secured their third NCCAA Indoor National Championship, and ninth total for Bethel track, with a strong day two performance to finish atop the 14-team field, while the women finished fifth. Overall, men's track garnered five individual national champions and 12 All-American performances while the women crowned one individual national champion and 14 All-American performances.

Bethel College to Host Career and Internship Fair with More than 100 Local Employers

Bethel College is hosting a career and internship fair, sponsored by the Center for Career Development, on Wed., March 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Wiekamp Athletic Center on Bethel’s campus.

Evangelicals for Dreamers Gathering

On Monday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 p.m., Christians from across Michiana will gather at Bethel College’s Everest-Rohrer Auditorium to show their support for the Dreamers and learn about the needs of the immigrant communities among us.

Bethel College presents: William Shakespeare’s Pericles Feb. 8-10

Pericles, by William Shakespeare and directed by Scott Jackson, will be performed in the Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center – Auditorium on Bethel’s campus, 1001 Bethel Circle, Mishawaka, Ind. Performances run from Thursday, Feb. 8 through Saturday, Feb. 10, with evening shows at 7:30 p.m., and a Saturday matinee at 1 p.m.
