Bethel College Art Faculty Featured at Elkhart ArtWalk

Three Bethel College Art Department faculty will be featured at the Elkhart ArtWalk on April 12. Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Art Michael May, Adjunct Professor of 2D Design & Digital Photography Jeffrey Combs and Adjunct Professor of Ceramics Kari Black will have their work showcased at the event.

Bethel College Celebrates Naming of Softball Field

Bethel College will celebrate the naming of the Therese and John Gardner Softball Field on Friday, March 31 at 2:45 p.m. The recently constructed softball stadium is located on the corner of Liberty Drive and West LaSalle Avenue on Bethel’s campus.

The signing will be on Thursday, March 30 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Campus Store.

Bethel College Record Label Releases New Student Album

Cidney DoBrodt, a senior in Bethel's Worship Arts program, will release her debut album, "Undone," on March 17. The album will be available for purchase on iTunes, in the Bethel College Campus Store, and available for listening on Spotify.

Bethel College School of Nursing Ranked Seventh in the Nation for RN Programs

The Bethel College School of Nursing has been ranked seventh in the nation on the list of “Top RN Degree Programs for 2017.” The list, compiled by Accredited Schools Online, ranked schools all over the country based on criteria such as cost, graduation rates and resources available to them. With a score of 97.20 out of 100, Bethel is the only Indiana college to appear in the top 30 and the only CCCU (Council for Christian Colleges and Universities) school to appear in the top 20.

The Bethel College Education Department is hosting a Cadet Teacher Professional Development day on March 23 for high school juniors and seniors who are considering a future as a teacher.

Bethel College Hosts Educator Job Fair for Teachers

The Bethel College Education Department and Career Services Office are hosting an educator job fair for teachers on March 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Wiekamp Athletic Center. Representatives from 16 school districts will be on hand to host interviews for interested teacher candidates.

Bethel College presents spring musical, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Oklahoma!”

The Bethel College Theatre Department presents its annual spring musical, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Oklahoma!” Performances are March 24, 25 and 31 at 7:30 p.m., and March 25 and April 1 at 1 p.m. in the Everest-Rohrer Chapel/Fine Arts Center – Auditorium.
